- Taito's Psychic Force has been delayed until an undetermined date in 1999.
- Team 17's port of Super Grand Prix has been made official. The game will use Windows CE so it should be identical to the PC version.
- Gaming Age has put up two new movies of Shen Mue and D2. Both are extremely high quality and worth checking out if you have the time for the download.
- Koei's first Dreamcast title, Mahjong Club 2, will be released on March 4th for 6800 yen. The game will be fully 3D and feature famous people from different times such as Cleopatra, Nostradamus, etc.
- Sega announced that they have shipped 500,000 Dreamcast units so far.
- Sega Arcade news: AM2 is working on a new Naomi arcade racing game named Ferrari F 355. Sega AM4 announced a new arcade drum music game called Smash Beats. Sega will release their new 3D action game Zombie Zone and a music game, Flash Beats, in February. Sega is also working on a brand new arcade soccer title called Flash Soccer.
- It is rumored that Bandai is working on a Dreamcast version of Super Robot War. It will be split into two parts like the previous titles for the Saturn.
