From Software is hoping to make themselves a household name at the upcoming Tokyo Game Show with their mech combat title Frame Gride for the DC. The game combines the mech building aspects of a game like Armored Core with the fast paced combat of Virtual On.

There are seven different mechs to control, all of which are knights fighting for an emperor. Defeating another mech will allow you to gain control of their lands.

From Software is planning a two player split-screen mode as well as network capabilities for multiplayer.
