  • Infogrames is working on DC versions of Alone in the Dark 4 and V-Rally.

  • Panther Software has announced a new Dreamcast love simulation game called Brave Knight. In the game your goal is to become a holy knight and marry a princess. You need to take different missions and fight battles to improve your abilities and reputation. You can meet and date with more than 10 different girls in the game, and there are more than 50 different endings.

  • NEC HE's new DC title Espion Agents - Industrial Agents for Active Espionage, is currently scheduled to release in September. The game takes place in the year of 2000. You play the role of the head of an espionage agency ,Blitzstrahl. You take orders from different customers and send your crew out for different spying missions. There are 7 members in the agency, each with different abilities like roller skating, stealing, bombing, spying etc. Up to 4 characters you be selected for each mission. Each character will perform different tasks in real time, and you need to control all of them at the same time. They will learn new abilities during the missions if they gain enough experience on certain moves.

  • Genki has pushed back the release date of their DC racing game, Metropolitan Shoutoku Highway Battle, from May 27 to June 24.

  • It is rumored that Microcabin is working on a new Dreamcast title called Riglord Saga 3 for Dreamcast, the sequel to their popular Strategy RPG title on Saturn.

  • Sega will host a new Shen Mue Exhibition from May 1st to the 3rd at the Japanese Network Jungle in Japan. They will unveil new information about the game, giving out playable demos and having a corner for people to download the latest Shen Mue VMS game.

  • Mortal Kombat Gold for the DC will be based on MK4. There will be 15 initially playable characters, each character made up of more than 3000 polygons. The game wil run at a smooth 60 fps. There are a number of DC exclusive features like new backgrounds and additional characters not in MK4. More info will be available at E3.

  • It is rumored that Sega of Japan will reduce the retail price of the Dreamcast this summer to match up with the new worldwide price of the Dreamcast.
