- It is strongly rumored that the Model 3 racing game, Harley Davidson and The L.A. Riders will be getting a Dreamcast port. L.A. Riders is one of the most graphically intensive games ever made as it features a full scale representation of the city of Los Angeles. It will be a true test of the DC's capabilities.
- Capcom has stated that the Naomi arcade version of Power Stone is 95% complete, and that the DC version is currently 60% complete. The DC version will be released on February 25th in Japan.
- Warp's Real Sound 2 for Dreamcast has been delayed from February to March 11.
- Bandai's WonderSwan will be distributed by Sony instead of SEGAMUSE. This is a business decision and will have no effect on the WonderSwan's compatibility with the DC.
- Sega is planning to release a new Dreamcast racing game on March 25. It is called Super Speed Racing and features 19 tracks with a variety of play modes.
- ASCII will release a flight simulation joystick for Dreamcast, named the ASCII Mission Stick, in late March for 7600 yen.
- It is rumored that Capcom is porting Street Fighter Zero 3 to the Dreamcast. The DC version will have all the new features from the PS version, as well as more frames and less load time.
- Rumor - Capcom is planning to port their System 11 fighting game, Tech Romancer, to both Playstation and Dreamcast.
