Blue Planet has announced their next Tetris game, The Next Tetris or TNT. Okay, no points for originality there. This incarnation is expected to hit both Dreamcast and Playstation by the middle of this year. The game play revolves around removing the amount of block lines that equal your skill level. So if you're on skill level eight you've got to blast through eight lines of blocks in two minutes. You move up in skill level by winning three games in a row. The game sounds highly addictive and could easily be a great multi-player game. No word on if the DC version will support online multi-player action, but no game would benefit more than this one.
