There are strong rumors around the net that a Castlevania game will be making its way to the Dreamcast. While there is no confirmation to these rumors, a Konami spokesman made it seem a bit closer to reality:

"I can't make any comment on a release of Castlevania for Dreamcast, but suffice to say it is very likely that one of Konami's US Dreamcast launch titles will be derived from one of our classic brands. Konami will be fully supportive of Dreamcast at its US launch, and will be definitely be releasing more than three titles for the console at that time."

While this is certainly no confirmation of a DC Castlevania, having three games and solid support from one of the best developers in the world at launch is reason enough to own a Dreamcast.
