In a press release Sega announced that they have shipped 500,000 Dreamcast units to retailers. Sega is halfway to their goal of one million units out by spring and hopefully all the manufacturing difficulties are over. With a successful release of Sega Rally 2 on time, hopefully Sega will have most of those units in the hands of gamers.
