A Capcom spokesperson recently spoke with FGN Online concerning the US release of PowerStone and other Capcom titles for the US launch of the DC. Here is his quote:

"Powerstone is a good contender for release soon after Dreamcast's US release. Capcom has a couple of titles in mind for the launch itself - one of which is a brand that already exists, and one of which will be totally new to gamers. It's probable we will only be releasing one of them at Dreamcast's launch, however, and we'll release the other title shortly after, to ensure Capcom provides a steady line-up of top-class titles for the platform over a sustained period."

Capcom is proving to be one of Sega's strongest allies yet again, and the US launch of the DC may be the biggest launch ever for any system. If one thing can help Sega get over their somewhat tarnished reputation in North America, it is strong software. And they have it in abundance.
