

Developer Housemarque Games, based in Finland, is working on a new snowboarding game for the DC titled Snowboarding Supreme. The game is said to use a realistic physics model and the courses use "mathematical spline surfaces instead of conventional polygon meshes". A bunch of big words that usually equal "pretty". The game will also have very high framerates and volumetric shadows and lighting. It will also have a high polygon count, though from the pics it looks like not too many of those poly's have gone into the character models.
