SNK has confirmed that it is developing an arcade title that will include SNK and Capcom fighting game characters. It will be named SNK Vs. Capcom and it's whether it will use the Naomi or the CPS-3 arcade technology. Either way the game will definitely be making its way to the DC. The game has been given a tentative Spring release date.
