Feb. 17, 1999 - 10:00am EsquE Bits & Pieces Source: SegaNET THQ announced that they will develop and publish video games based on the Rugrats cartoon. THQ's Rugrats titles will appear on the Dreamcast, N64, and Playstation. Sega and other companies will participate in a government-subsidized project to develop a home-use terminal with videophone and Internet capabilities. It will combine a game console, a video camera, and a voice input device in one terminal. The Dreamcast will prvide the gaming console and the system will cost 120,000 yen or $1,000 USD.
